Thank you for shopping with Selwyn Skin Studio. We want your order experience to be simple, clear, and handled with care. If you need to return an item or report a concern with your purchase, please review the policy below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. The product should include its original packaging when applicable, and you must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Because we offer beauty, skincare, or personal care products, items that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with may not be accepted for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Items That Are Not Returnable
The following items are not eligible for return:
1. Opened or used beauty products
2. Final sale or clearance items
3. Gift cards
4. Personalized or custom-made products
5. Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
6. Returns sent back without approval from our support team
How to Start a Return
Before sending any item back, please contact our support team with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions if your return is approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error from Selwyn Skin Studio, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Selwyn Skin Studio is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged while being shipped back.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order soon after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may ask for photos of the item, packaging, or shipping label to help us review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Refunds
After your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a mistake from Selwyn Skin Studio.
Exchanges and Cancellations
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item first and place a new order after your return is approved.
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our normal return process.
